The 2 Series compact tractors deliver 25-38 HP with features that bridge the gap between sub-compact and full-size utility tractors. With Yanmar diesel engines, available eHydro transmission with LoadMatch, and compatibility with backhoes and mid-mount mowers, the 2 Series handles serious property and small farm work.
The electronically controlled eHydro transmission automatically adjusts ground speed to match implement load — when the engine senses increased demand, it slows ground speed to maintain PTO and hydraulic performance. This prevents stalling during heavy loader or mowing work.
The 2 Series is designed to work seamlessly with John Deere's 120R and 220R loaders and the 260B backhoe. The loader uses a quick-park mounting system for tool-free removal, and the backhoe mounts directly to the tractor's subframe for real excavation capability.
The 2R models (2032R/2038R) add cab availability, premium suspension seats, and an ergonomic open-station layout that rivals some utility tractors. Controls are logically positioned with color-coded levers for quick identification during busy operations.
